What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) across India.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping across India on all orders, including both prepaid and COD.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days for metro cities and 5–8 business days for the rest of India.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.
What is your return policy?
You can return an item within 3 days of receiving the order, including the date of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. We'll resolve it at no additional cost to you.
What are the saree dimensions?
Every saree comes with a standard length of 5.5 m and width of 1.1 m, along with an unstitched blouse piece of 1 m.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping charges are not free for international orders and vary depending on the destination country, calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 6–12 business days, depending on the destination.
