Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order, including the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Products purchased on sale or marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange, unless defective.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain items such as blouse pieces (if stitched or altered) and innerwear-adjacent products may not be eligible for return.
Process
- Raise a return/exchange request by contacting us at theofficialsindhu@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8700791816, along with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where serviceable, or share instructions to ship the item back to us.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging, and we will resolve it at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.
